After 15+ years of dealing with pool companies, Everclear is by far the best we've found. Karlie makes everything so easy. She's always quick to help and just genuinely great to work with. Her technicians do a fantastic job too, our pool is always sparkling, and they stay on top of the equipment before anything becomes a problem. We're so glad we found them. Ever-Care was able to work us into their schedule and we are HAPPY! The owner, Evan Hersh, made an onsite visit to meet us and assess our needs and was professional and prompt. Ingrid Skei19 December 2025We have struggled for years to find a good and reliable pool service and I can safely say that we have finally found that with Ever Care. We started working with them after our previous service allowed our pool to have an algae bloom right at the beginning of the summer. Ever Care worked quickly and efficiently to fix the issue and get our pool blue and sparkling again. Since then, our technician (Jerry) has been absolutely fantastic at keeping it pristine. They’re great about informing us ahead of time about any potential adjustments to our monthly bill for things like annual algaecide treatments (and just overall being very communicative on things). We couldn’t be happier with them and I can’t recommend their services enough!!Posted on Google
John Martello21 July 2025EverCare is 100% reliable, and keeps our pool sparkling clean. We had them install our heater, and replace our filter over the past few years. They also can do plumbing and electrical including our burned out pool light—without draining the pool. They are reasonably priced too. Ned and Danny have done an outstanding job for us. Taryn Foster18 October 2024We have been with Evercare Pool for 3 years now and it is the only company that has kept our pool blue! Forrest, our pool servicer, is always responsive to answer our questions and concerns and let us know when he won't be there or has to change the day. Evercare also actually knows about pools and can fix something when it's broken. They aren't the least expensive but they are the best! You get what you pay for. Ned has been servicing my pool now for several months and it's a night and day difference compared to who I was previously using. He shows up consistently same time and day every week. And in the rare circumstances he needs to deviate he communicates in advance. The pool has been consistently sparkling clear since Ned took over.Posted on Google

Every week he goes above and beyond to help us maintain our pool and ensure that it is crystal clear. Also, he's so friendly and patient, and more than willing to go through any information we need to keep the pool looking great. He never recommends anything that isn't affordable and absolutely necessary, and has even helped us save money on expensive and unnecessary options. We've just been so happy with our service. Past pool owners but not spa owners which is what we are managing. Previous owners repaired spa but we haven't used it and the control panel takes time to know. Based on Ned's advice and our desire to get things right we drained it and started all over. Good decision - blank slate. We value Ever-Care as a service provider and support partner to take care of the asset and guide us. We've seen friends do it themselves right into closing their spas down due to maintenance issues. This is our first pool, so naturally we had a lot of questions and do not know anything about the running and maintenance required. Tim and Evan are so helpful in finding simple solutions to what I think are catastrophic malfunctions and so kind to answer all my questions which mainly consist of: "does that sound right to you?" and "what is that supposed to do?" I sincerely rest easier knowing they looking out for my pool and all it's equipment, which might as well be alien technology to me. Sawyer D'Amico30 May 2020My grandma used Ever-Care for like 3decades, and now that i handle her affairs, ive not been disappointed to have kept this friendly and excellent family company. Many times i had questions after i moved in, and they were so kind and patient and easy to get ahold of. Both Even and Ned are great reps, pleasant to talk to and respectdul of your privacy if you want space should you be home. Did i mention competitive prices? Last thing ill mention that you MUST read here is an INCREDIBLE recent account (even if a bit long): I let my pool go temporarily, and i was on a plan with them at the time where i was doing the cleaning of leaves and scrubbing of sides because its a decent arm and back workout which appealed to me. But i put it on the back burner during this distracting season of covid 19 and next thing i knew, this mid spring heat wave just came upon us and all of a sudden my slightly yellowish pool became this ugly dark green color as the algae just got out of control and becoming a serious problem. Ned tactfully requested of me to give him a month of the full service plan and after changing/cleaning filter those first 2 weeks, then starting on the third week he added his "secret sauce formula" and in 4 days the pool was 100% clean!! JUST 4 DAYS PEOPLE!!! If i hadnt let the pool turn yellow and then green, obviously it would happened alot sooner, but for everyone else out there considering pool service, just imagine your pool with this BEAUTIFUL "icelandic blue" color that i now have which is an even prettier hue than before my pool got yellow... its so eye appealing and inviting! During this pandemic, support local businesses to keep the economy going - let Ever-Care earn your trust and satisfaction and join the lifer club like me!Posted on Google

We contacted him early last week to see about getting one of our pumps replaced and he got back to us immediately to schedule a time to come out. Evan was back with the replacement pump yesterday and quickly got it installed AND optimized our control panel settings before he left. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent about what everything would cost. If I'm being honest we've tried to work with a number of pool services in the area but they have mostly been unresponsive. So grateful we found Evan through Yelp and were able to give him our business instead of fighting with another company just to get a response!Posted on Yelp

I met Evan in the parking lot of Home Depot some months ago by 'accident'. Let me explain: Upon my exiting HD and approaching my parked SUV, Evan approached to let me know of a minor fender bender that occurred. Evan actually waited in the parking lot for me. He let me know that he accidentally clipped my car, showed me the damage, and said he was responsible and would pay for it. I was so appreciative of his honesty and agreed to deal with it between us. He gave me his business card. I had major home improvement crap and an injury going on at that time. I asked Evan to please give me some time to get back with him for follow up/repair quotes. I took forever, but Evan stood by his word. We decided to continue with the same company, since they were familiar with the pool and equipment.
